Ingredients


  • 12 Cooked Perfect Italian Meatballs
  • 1 sheet of refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce divided
  • 1/2 cup green peppers diced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers diced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Butter
  • Italian Seasoning


Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In saute pan add your green peppers and onions with about 1 Tbs oil and heat on medium until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Unroll your pizza dough and slice into 12 squares, spoon about a tablespoon of your marinara sauce onto middle of dough.
  5. Place a little of your green peppers, onions and red peppers on top, then top with 1 meatball and about a tablespoon of your shredded cheese.
  6. Wrap up and seal edges into a ball and place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden, immediately brush with butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  8. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
